At OmrShop, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions.
Return Period
You can request a return within 14 days from the date you received your order.
Return Conditions
Returned products must be:
- Unused,
- Undamaged,
- In their original packaging,
- In a resalable condition.
Returns of products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return Process
To initiate a return request, you need to contact us. For approved returns, you will be asked to send the product back to us.
Once the product reaches us and undergoes the necessary checks, a refund will be initiated.
Refund
Refunds for approved returns are processed through the original payment method within an average of 3-10 business days. This period may vary depending on banks.
Exchange Procedures
You can request an exchange if the product is faulty, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
Return Shipping Fee
- For faulty or defective products, the shipping fee is covered by OmrShop.
- For returns without cause, the shipping fee may be borne by the customer.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns may not be accepted for the following products:
- Used products
- Products unsuitable for hygiene reasons
- Custom-made products
- Some promotional or specially discounted products
