Exchange Procedures

You can request an exchange if the product is faulty, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Return Shipping Fee

• For faulty or defective products, the shipping fee is covered by OmrShop.
• For returns without cause, the shipping fee may be borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns may not be accepted for the following products:
